Factory & Machinery   The factory is approximately 750 metre^2 in works area with recently modernised offices.       The machinery we operate includes: - CNC hotwire profilers for the production of polystyrene shapes and forms Slicer/Dicer machine for polystyrene pad work Foam Block Slitting Machine Foam Sheet Vertical Band Knife Die Cut Press CNC routers Woodworking Machinery Recycling Machinery	Design   We have a state of the art computerised design facility allowing us to present customers with packaging drawings when required and to process the various shapes and forms through the CNC machines. With these facilities we are able to accurately reproduce the shapes required to offer our customers intricate moulded forms for their goods and products

Production   Works control is by a bespoke software system that allows us to efficiently control production and have real-time information of order progress available for the customer . Our system helps us to keep to the highest level of quality and supply, with our lead times being kept to the minimum. We are  shortly introducing a bar code system that will help those customer with the facility to control their stocks on receipt from us.
